Job description
Floating Family Medicine NP/PA opening in Connecticut Shelton, CT areaDetails: Full-time, float position
Permanent
Minimum 5 years of experience as an NP or PA is required
Requirements: Graduation from accredited NP/PA program.
Valid and unrestricted Connecticut license.
Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate.
Comp/Benefits: Competitive base salary - based on training/experience
