Growing medical group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant an outpatient setting in the Southbury/Oxford, Connecticut area!

Benefits:
Competitive salary, $120,000 - $146,000 / year, with profitability and productivity incentives

Your Role with the Company:
Full-time position, 4 or 5 day work week available, 1:8 call
Join a collaborative team providing primary care in an outpatient setting
APP will examine, obtain medical histories and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Background Profile:
Nurse Practitioner, NP or Physician Assistant, PA
Active CT license
1+ year of experience
