Physical Therapist Assistant
Central Texas
Position Highlights :
Work-Life Balance: Consistent outpatient schedule (Monday-Friday) with early Friday finish; no on-call requirements

Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive Compensation: $32-$35/hr based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Full Benefits: Full benefits with TCDRS retirement
Relocation Stipend: up to $3,000
Student Loan Repayment Assistance: up to $1,500
Qualifications :
Degree: Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Licensure: Active Texas PTA license (or eligibility)
Skillset: Strong communication skills, ability to manage patient flow, and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Experience: Outpatient experience preferred; open to motivated new grads
