Family Medicine NP/PA Opening in Williamsburg, Virginia Location: Williamsburg, VA Position Details: Employment Type: Full-Time Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Schedule: 4-day work week available Patient Volume: 16-24 patients per day Team: 3 Physicians and 7 Nurse Practitioners Job Description: Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a well-established Family Medicine practice in Williamsburg. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services with a focus on adult and chronic care management, while also having some pediatric care opportunities. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting Manage acute and chronic conditions for adult patients with some pediatric care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Promote preventive care and wellness through patient education Qualifications: Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license Minimum of 3 years of Advanced Practice Provider (APP) experience required Experience in family medicine, primary care, or internal medicine preferred Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Up to $10,000 Annual Quality Performance Incentive (QPI) Bonus $3,000 Annual CME Allowance $10,000 Student Loan Reimbursement Program Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice coverage with tail insurance Retirement package with employer match Fully integrated Epic EHR system About Williamsburg: Williamsburg offers a rich blend of history and modern amenities.
