Job description
Choice Medical Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our growing team supporting our Barstow clinic . This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient environment focused on wellness, preventive care, and serving the High Desert community.

Position Highlights
Full-Time outpatient opportunity with Choice Medical Group
Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with physicians typically finishing patient care by 4:00 PM and remaining time allotted for administrative work
No inpatient responsibilities or hospital call requirements; only occasional calls for you or own patients
Average patient volume of approximately patients per day
Strong focus on wellness visits, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care
Patient population consists primarily of geriatric and underserved/low-income families
Competitive salary ranging from $275,000 $325,000 annually with potential productivity bonus
Open to Visa Candidates (J1, H1B, O1)
Collaborative clinical environment with supportive administrative staff
Option for 1099 or W2 employment available.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited residency program
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Current California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
Current DEA registration
