Froedtert ThedaCare , a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician w/OB & C-Section for our Berlin, WI location. Practice Highlights :Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine w/OB and C-Section, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
Join an established team of 4 physicians and 6 APCs
Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools
Clinic Hours: M 8:00-5:00, T, W, Th 7:00-7:00, F 8:00-5:00
Call Rotation : Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screens all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

Income Details:
Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up
Transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth

Community Overview :
Located along the Fox River, Berlin is rich in history. Once the highway for French Fur Traders, Jesuit missionaries and a number of native American tribes, the river later became a major waterway for residents businesses and visitors. Today, the river offers recreation and family fun in each of the four seasons.
Riverside Park spans 38 acres and boasts a boat launch and fishing piers, a campground along its shores, and a frisbee golf course among other things. It is one of eight parks within the city boundaries, including three located along the river. In the winter, the river is part of the snowmobile trail throughout the area. Hiking, biking, or cross-country skiing along the Mascoutin Trail takes you through part of Green Lake County. If golfing is your thing, the 27-hole Mascoutin Golf Course, home of the 2009 Wisconsin State Senior Open, is ready and waiting for you!
Berlin is located in the northeast corner of Green Lake County in Central Wisconsin. The central location offers quick access to three state highways (23, 44, and 49), as well as U.S. Highway 41.
