Job description
SageWest Health Care , is actively recruiting a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our established group along with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming, including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. About the position:
Schedule: 40 hours/week (typically M-F, 8 5, this can be flexible)
Call: no call currently (Medicare guidelines followed)
Average patients per day: 20+_ when fully ramped up
Typical procedures: Per provider s comfort level
Support staff: 1 CMA/LPN/RN per provider
Practitioners: access to 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS
Qualifications:
BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Surgical OB fellowship or equivalent experience required for C-sections, etc.
Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority
Minimum of one year in practice preferred
