Position Details:
Start Date: ASAC
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
No Weekends No Night Call
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
Patient Volume: Approx. 20 patients/day
Support Staff: 1 MA + 1 PAR per provider
EMR: Cerner
Emergency/Temporary Privileges Available
Clinical Scope:
Adult Outpatient Care
General Pediatric Outpatient
Gynecology (Pelvic Exams / Pap Smears)
EKG Interpretation
Requirements:
Board Certified Family Medicine
Active Michigan License at submission
Family Medicine experience required
Local to Michigan required
Self-Query NPDB (within current month) required
Rates required at name clear
