Family Medicine Physician Alameda, CA
Location: Alameda, California
Compensation: $233K $270K+ annually
Specialty: Family Medicine
Setting: Outpatient Community Health / Primary Care
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a multidisciplinary primary care team in Alameda, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in providing comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse, multicultural patient population.
Position Highlights Competitive compensation of $233K $270K+ annually
Full-time outpatient primary care position
Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team
Provide comprehensive family medicine and preventive care
Opportunity to supervise and collaborate with NPs, PAs, medical assistants, and nursing staff
Participate in clinical programs, quality improvement, and peer review
Serve a diverse and multicultural patient population
Spanish or Mandarin bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat primary care patients
Provide preventive care and health promotion
Perform appropriate minor procedures
Order labs, diagnostic testing, and specialty referrals as needed
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Provide clinical consultation and support to NPs and PAs
Collaborate with the medical team to maintain efficient patient flow and high-quality care
Participate in quality improvement and peer review activities
Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited residency program
Active California Medical License
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Board Eligible physicians must become Board Certified within 2 years of employment
Current DEA registration
Current AHA-approved BLS/CPR certification
Community or public health experience preferred
Spanish or Mandarin bilingual skills are a plus
