Job description
Community Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated, BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care within an integrated behavioral health setting.
You will deliver high-quality, whole-person care to a diverse, underserved population, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to manage complex comorbidities. This outpatient-only position focuses on chronic disease management, preventive care, and bridging the gap between physical and mental well-being.
