Job description
A well-established and growing physician-owned practice is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join its outpatient team in Alpharetta, GA, a rapidly growing community in North Georgia. The practice is known for its patient-centered approach, strong provider support, and commitment to work-life balance. Providers also have access to additional office locations in Johns Creek and Dawsonville, with a new Cumming location planned to open in 2028.
Position Overview:
100% outpatient with no hospital responsibilities
Monday-Friday schedule
Average patient volume of 20-22 patients per day
1:12 call rotation, with calls screened and handled by an APP first
Dedicated scribe support
Charting completed during clinic hours-no taking work home
Collegial group focused on long-term patient relationships and quality care
EMR: Epic
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive 2-year guaranteed base salary
Transition to 38%-40% of collections after the guarantee period
Productivity incentives and retention bonus
