What We Offer You
A Competitive Compensation Package: Salary range is a minimum of $285k to $320k DOE
Medical Director Leadership Role: Lead clinical operations, quality initiatives, and provider development while maintaining an outpatient Family Medicine practice
Balanced Practice Model: Enjoy a four-day workweek consisting of three clinical days and one dedicated administrative day for Med Director Duties
Performance-Based Income Potential: Guaranteed salary plus a unique bonus structure equal to 1.5% of total billables after your first year

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Previous leadership experience or interest in transitioning into a Medical Director position
Comfortable practicing within an FQHC environment
