Job description
Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for December 28, 29, 30, & 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Bear, DE. Provider will see ages 2 and up for acute episodic care and 5 and up for Primary Care, physicals, wellness visits including Well woman care as needed, and Occupation Medicine issues including Worker's Comp injury evaluation and treatment. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am-7:00pm, and Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. DE DEA is required; DOT Certification is preferred.
