Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician in Bemidji, MN
The department consists of seven physicians and three advanced practice providers
Flexible schedule to fit your needs
Great work/life balance
Call: shared nursing home call with FM and IM
Integrated behavioral health therapist and community health worker available
Multi-specialty clinic
118 bed hospital, 14 bed ICU
Level III trauma center
ER volumes- 27,000 annually
Compensation Package
Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus
estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will
be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
