Job description
seeking a compassionate Staff Physician (MD or DO) to deliver comprehensive primary care services in Brady, TX. Working as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, build lasting community relationships, and help expand healthcare access in rural Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Primary Care: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Treatment & Diagnostic Review: Formulate treatment plans, prescribe medications, coordinate specialty referrals, and review lab and imaging results in a timely manner.
Documentation & EHR: Maintain accurate, complete electronic health records (EHR) adhering to network protocols and quality standards.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health providers while mentoring clinical staff and students.
Quality & Outreach: Support Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) principles, quality improvement initiatives, clinical policy reviews, and community wellness events.
