Who You Are
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
Experienced primary care clinician comfortable treating the full age spectrum
Excellent communicator eager to collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinic model
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Kentucky
