Job description
Family Medicine Physician Private Practice Join Our Growing Team We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Family Medicine Physician to join our established private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients while delivering comprehensive, high-quality primary care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Perform preventive health screenings, wellness exams, and routine physicals.
Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based clinical practices.
Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-focused care.
Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active medical license.
Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a private practice setting.
