Primary Care / Family Medicine Physicians Full-Time Outpatient-Focused

Position Summary A well-established medical practice is seeking a full-time Primary Care / Family Medicine Physicians to join a collaborative care team in a community-based outpatient setting. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages and values continuity of care within a supportive practice environment.

On-site services may include laboratory, imaging, and rehabilitation

Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using appropriate medical judgment and evidence-based practices

Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan

Coordinate patient care, including referrals, follow-up, and care transitions

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and cost-effective care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets regulatory and payer requirements

Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation and call coverage as needed

Engage in academic, educational, or research activities as requested

Requirements Certifications & Licensure Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Primary Care specialty

Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure

Required Education Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
