Job description
Enjoy some very flexible schedule options in "Physician Friendly" Indiana with this FQHC in the NW Indiana/Chicagoland Region. Several offices have outpatient openings- all are within an hour of downtown Chicago, some as close as 30 miles.
Salary range $250-$275K. Quality bonus production incentives. Federal loan forgiveness available. Comprehensive benefits package. Sign on bonus and relocation reimbursement.
