Family Medicine Physician - Hybrid - South Chicago, IL
Practice Highlights
FQHC primary care setting
Full-time
Hybrid schedule with in-person and remote care
Standard hours 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Thursdays 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
One Saturday per month , 8:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
$268K-$300K base salary
Loan repayment eligible
Medical and dental coverage
401(k) with employer match
CME time + $2,500 CME allowance
Qualifications
BE/BC Family Medicine
Illinois medical license or eligibility
