Family Medicine Physician
Chicago, Illinois
We're hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants meaningful patient relationships, strong benefits, and real work-life balance.
You'll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on caring for patients across the lifespan. OB and deliveries are welcomed but not required, with strong team support and established workflows that allow you to focus on practicing medicine efficiently and effectively.
You'll practice in Chicago, Illinois, a world-class city known for its diverse neighborhoods, renowned dining scene, lakefront recreation, and vibrant cultural opportunities while enjoying strong professional growth and community impact.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $195,000 to $225,000
• $500 per delivery, if applicable
• Health insurance with multiple BCBS plan options

• 39 total days off annually
• CME allowance: $3,000 plus 5 CME days
• 403(b) with match and profit sharing
