Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) Outpatient Practice Chowchilla, CA Join a well-established community health organization dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative outpatient team serving a diverse patient population in Chowchilla, California. This opportunity offers an established patient base, strong clinical support, provider autonomy, and the ability to build meaningful long-term relationships with patients while making a positive impact in the community. Full-time employed position
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Qualifications MD or DO degree
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Current BLS certification
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
