Join Our Family Medicine Team in Dallas, TX! The Moody Outpatient Clinic on the Parkland Campus is searching for a dedicated Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to become a vital part of our growing outpatient practice. This opportunity is rooted in a renowned Level I Teaching Hospital, providing excellent clinical care to an underserved adult patient population. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients in an outpatient setting.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Deliver care to patients transitioning from hospital discharge to outpatient follow-up.
Manage patient care plans, preventive health screenings, and chronic disease management.
Coordinate care with specialists, care managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Participate in phone/beeper call coverage as assigned.
Support quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and access to care.
Provide compassionate, culturally competent care to an underserved patient population.
Qualifications: Board Certification in Family Medicine (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM) required.
Minimum of one (1) year of physician experience required.
Strong outpatient primary care experience with adult patients.
Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
Strong communication and patient education abilities.
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuity of care.
License and Certification Requirements: Active state medical license required at time of submission.
Active DEA certification required.
Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred.
