Family Medicine Physician
DALLAS, TEXAS
Non-profit with 46+ days OFF a year!
Position Highlights :
Work-Life Balance: 4.5 Day clinic workweek
New Facility with only up to 8 patients per day- Ideal volume growth up to 16-20
Call is secondary after nurse triage and very rare
Onsite NP, Dietician, LCSW, RN, multiple MAs
Favorable Call Schedule:
Community-based position with a whole health collaborative mindset needed.
Opportunity for MidLevel Oversight and research/publications
Potential for Associate CMO or Lead Clinician title after clinic grows
Compensation & Benefits :
Guaranteed base salary range starting at $220k
Sign-On Bonus $15k

Qualifications :
MD or DO
BC/BE Family Medicine
Spanish Speaker preferred but not required
Experience in a community clinic, VA or FQHC required
