Job description
Client seeks Physician for contract assignment starting September 21-November 23 at their Corporate Health clinic in Defiance, OH. Provider will see ages newborn and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits including Women's Health. Hours are Monday 8:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday & Friday 6:00am-2:00pm, and Wednesday & Thursday 7:00am-3:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. This is a large health center with 7-8 providers, each with their own clinical support. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
