Are you a compassionate Family Medicine physician looking for a fulfilling career in a welcoming, close-knit community? Banner Health is actively seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient practice in Fallon, Nevada , a vibrant town just one hour from Reno and Carson City, with easy access to Lake Tahoe and endless outdoor recreation.
This NHSC-certified site qualifies for federal loan repayment programs and offers the best of both worlds: meaningful rural medicine in a supportive environment, with the stability and resources of a large, integrated health system.

Established Practice : Step into an existing practice located just an hour from Reno

Banner Health's Compensation Package Includes:
$290,000 base salary
Recruitment incentives of $125,000+ : $125,000 sign-on/relocation incentive when loan repayment is not needed
$60,000 sign-on/relocation incentive + up to $100,000 loan repayment
$1,500/month resident stipend during the final 12 months of training after signing the employment contract (up to $18,000 total)

This location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness
Requirements:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in Nevada
Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural setting
