Job description
The Opportunity At a Glance
Position: Full-time FM/IM Physician
Client will wait for license!
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Mon-Fri or 4x10s No weekends - will also take .7-.8 FTE
Call: No call
Patients per day: 18-20
Age Range: Mostly Adults 18+, large geriatric population as well
Case Types: Bread-and-butter family medicine in mostly an outpatient setting. Some home health available.
Conduct both in-office and tele-health visits
What We Offer for perm:
Competitive base salary: $275K+ or $130/hour for locums to start

We are working with a rapidly growing healthcare organization recognized for providing innovative, team-based, and integrated care. Their focus is on community medicine, cultural competency, and patient outcomes, supported by behavioral health, complex care, lifestyle medicine, and remote patient monitoring. They are seeking passionate Primary Care Physicians to join our diverse and dedicated team across multiple locations in Cape Cod.
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: LPNs, RNs, LCSW, working alongside med director and other MDs & NPs - We have a locum working here.
