Baptist Health, Northeast Florida s most preferred health system, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team at Baptist Primary Care Fernandina Beach. Located along Florida s scenic northeast coast, this practice offers an ideal blend of small-town charm, supportive colleagues, and access to Baptist Health s extensive regional network. What You Can Expect
• Competitive guaranteed base compensation of $260,000+ based on experience
• $20,000 signing bonus and year-two retention bonus

Qualifications
• MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active/unrestricted Florida medical license
• BLS and DEA certification preferred
• 3 5 years of experience preferred
