Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physician. Join a premier provider network offering unmatched schedule flexibility and academic opportunities.
Position Highlights
Outpatient only
Schedule: Highly flexible and customizable hours to fit your lifestyle.
Patient Volume: 22-28 patients per full clinic day (Adult & Pediatric mix).
Inpatient Support: Full hospitalist service available for all admissions
Call & Coverage
Weekday Call: Monday-Thursday after-hours call responsibility limited to your own patient panel (phone triage only).
Weekend Call: Exceptionally light, averaging only 2 weekends per year.
Newborn Care: Routine nursery rounding (screens and circumcisions) is preferred for call group alignment.
Academic & Leadership Opportunities (Optional)
Teaching: Mentor and train residents as faculty with our Family Medicine Residency Program.
