Family Medicine Physician - Fosston, MNPermanent, Full-Time OpportunityNo OB RequiredGenerous Referral Fees Available Clinical Role & Schedule FTE: 1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours/week 32 patient contact hours/week if including inpatient work Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday Walk-in: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM Average Clinic Volume: 18-20 patients/day Average Procedures: 1-2 per day Call Schedule: Primary Call: 3-4 days/month (includes weekdays, weekends, holidays) Back-Up Call: 8-10 days/month (support for ED provider) Inpatient & ED Inpatient Rounding: 50-bed Critical Access Hospital Average census: 8 Covered by local physician teams ED Volume: 8-12 patients/24-hour shift Connected Campus: Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home & Assisted Living all located on one campus Location & Outreach Home Base: Fosston, MN Potential Outreach: Oklee & Bagley clinics Nearby Cities: 40 mins to Bemidji 1 hr to Grand Forks 3 hrs to Winnipeg Support & Services EMR: Epic On-Site Services: PT/OT Behavioral Health Dietitian/Diabetes Educator Lab, Imaging, Path Tobacco Cessation, Weight Management Specialty Outreach: ENT, Cardiology, Oncology, Ortho, Pain, Surgery, GYN, Urology, and Telehealth Services Financial & Professional Perks Loan Repayment: NHSC and MN state loan repayment eligible Strong Mentorship: Excellent for early-career physicians Great Work-Life Balance in a collegial environment Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - REQUIRED Community Highlights Fosston, MN: Where the prairie meets the pine Population 2,000 Top-rated school system Abundant outdoor recreation Affordable living, excellent quality of life Close-knit, welcoming community RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win
