Job description
Practice Highlights Outpatient primary care clinic with a patient panel of approximately 300 patients
Average of just 6-8 patients per day
Adult patients only (18+)
Responsibilities include acute visits, chronic care follow-ups, medication management, hospital follow-ups, and prescription refills
No annual physicals or wellness exams
No call responsibilities
Support & Environment Fully staffed clinic with RN, MA, and additional support personnel
Established practice with a collaborative care team
Ideal for a physician seeking a lower-volume primary care setting
Requirements Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (ABFM, ACOFP, ABIM, or AOBIM)
Active Pennsylvania license and DEA
Minimum 2-3 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 2 years
Clean background preferred to facilitate credentialing
