Qualifications:
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain
Must be team-oriented and patient-centered in approach to care
Comfortable with healthcare technology
Banner Health Total Compensation Package Includes:
Base salary plus value and productivity incentives
Up to $100K Educational Loan Repayment
