Family Medicine Opening Grangeville, IDFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join team in Grangeville, IdahoPosition Highlights:Full-scope practice including outpatient, inpatient, emergency room, obstetrics, and limited surgical careCare for patients of all agesPatient-centered medical home model with team-based careLeadership role with support staff including nurses, clinical assistants, and case managersOpportunity to supervise Advanced Practice ProvidersInvolvement in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program developmentParticipation in medical staff committees and peer review activitiesCommunity-based practice with continuity of care focusResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care across clinic and hospital settingsManage patient panel with focus on preventive care and chronic disease managementCoordinate care with specialists and community resourcesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in EHRSupervise and collaborate with APPs as assignedParticipate in call coverage and team-based care deliveryEngage in quality improvement and performance initiativesQualifications:Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family MedicineActive Idaho license or ability to obtainBLS, ACLS, ATLS, and NRP requiredPALS preferred (required if practicing obstetrics)Active DEA and controlled substance registrationCompensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation packageMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceRetirement plan optionsPaid malpractice insuranceContinuing medical education (CME) supportRelocation assistance
