As a Primary Care Physician here, you'll manage patients with complex health needs alongside Nurse Practitioners, Care Managers, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and Clinical Support Teams a team built to share the load so you can spend your time where it matters most: with your patients.
$211,369 $317,053 base
4-day work week option
Relocation support to Green Valley
Quarterly Incentive Plan based on outcomes, quality metrics, and documentation
Long-Term Incentive Eligible physicians may participate in the Mosaic Health Profit Shares program, rewarding physicians for their contributions to the organization
Day-one PTO (160 hrs), full benefits, 401(k) match, CME (5 days + $2K reimbursement)
What you'll need: MD/DO from an accredited medical school, active Arizona medical license, DEA registration, board certified or eligible, and a genuine interest in value-based, patient-centered care.
