Primary Care in Central Iowa Step into an established primary care role near Des Moines where fixed salary guarantees, zero volume pressure, and comprehensive state retirement benefits provide total career stability. Practicing alongside an independent team of advanced practice providers, you will manage a broad-scope outpatient panel with light inpatient rounding supported by Epic EMR and on-site lab services. This Family Medicine or Internal Medicine position in Central Iowa delivers exceptional upfront incentives without production hassles.

Flexible 4-Day Workweek: Enjoy an optimal work-life balance with a predictable weekday schedule and an average volume of just 15 to 18 patients per day.
Streamlined Practice Model: Focus primarily on outpatient care with very light inpatient rounding, averaging a manageable daily census of only 3 to 5 patients.
Robust Shared Call: Benefit from a light 1:4 weekly rotation that is telephone-only, backed by a highly independent team of advanced practice providers.
Broad Clinical Scope: Utilize your full skillset with optional in-office procedures, supported by modern Epic EMR and comprehensive on-site laboratory services.
Total Rewards Package
Guaranteed Base Salary: Earn a steady $275,000 annually, fixed for the entire life of your contract with absolutely no volume-based production pressure.
Substantial Upfront Incentives: Receive a $70,000 sign-on bonus plus an additional $25,000 customizable perk allowance for a home down payment or tax offset.
Generous Time Off: Recharge with 27 days of paid time off annually, plus an additional 5 days and a $5,000 allowance for continuing medical education.

Who You Are
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Open to both experienced physicians and residency graduates
Comfort with a blend of outpatient clinic care and light inpatient rounding
