Job description
Join WCS Healthcare Partners, a large, multi-specialty group offering a 100% outpatient practice model in Northern New Jersey. We have an exciting opportunity for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to become part of our team. This position is ideal for physicians seeking a patient-centered care environment with opportunities for long-term growth and ownership. Responsibilities Provide high-quality outpatient care to pediatric patients at the Hamburg location and primarily adult patients at the Newton location.
Participate in outpatient call only, limited to 1 week at a time, up to 5-6 times a year.
Work standard business hours with one evening per week until 7/8 pm and one Saturday per month.
Collaborate with a team of 10 physicians in Family Medicine and a wide range of specialists.
Engage in a partnership track with potential for ownership within the group.
Compensation and Benefits This practice offers a competitive compensation model, including a base salary and bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include paid medical malpractice and more. A partnership track is available for long-term growth and ownership opportunities.
Requirements Residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
New Jersey licensed preferred but not required (plan to obtain or in process strongly preferred).
Consideration for physicians graduating in the next 12 months from residency.
