100% Outpatient Family Medicine Northwest Michigan This outpatient Family Medicine opportunity in Northwest Michigan offers outstanding financial support, integrated clinical resources, and the chance to build lasting relationships in a community that truly values its physicians. Practicing within an integrated primary care care center backed by dedicated RNs, MAs, and onsite behavioral health, dental, lab, and imaging services, you will manage an outpatient panel with zero hospital duties.

Compensation and Benefits
Guaranteed base salary of $265,000-$285,000 plus RVU incentives
$100,000 sign-on bonus and federal student loan repayment eligibility

Who You Are
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for Michigan medical licensure and DEA registration
One year of post-residency experience preferred but not required
Committed to providing compassionate outpatient primary care
