Please ask about our generous referral fees!Permanent job openingSeeking a board certified or truly board eligible internal medicine or family medicine physicianOpen to physicians straight out of residencyPost-acute care opportunity serving the Hickory and Greater Catawba Valley marketFlexible Monday-Friday scheduleRound-and-go modelTypical daily census in the mid-to-upper teensWork across a handful of facilities throughout the week - you'd travel within your assigned regionSkilled Nursing Facilities, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, and Independent Living settingsNo hospital workNo LTAC workNo clinic responsibilitiesNo nightsSeparate group provides overnight call coverageApproximately one weekend day of pager coverage every six weeksSchedule is generally consistent once established, with designated facilities assigned by day of the weekOrganization strives to keep providers practicing close to home whenever possibleMileage reimbursement provided for travel between facilitiesEMR includes proprietary technology platformLaptop and cell phone providedDictation tools availablePhysician compensation starts at $275,000+ Attainable productivity incentivesTotal compensation commonly exceeds $300,000 Potential medical directorship opportunities availableFull-time positions are W2 with comprehensive benefitsPart-time physician opportunities available (3-4 days per week)Weekend-only opportunities available as 1099 independent contractor positions paid per encounterInterview process includes:20-30 minute introductory phone callShadow visitMeet and greet with physicians and leadership teamOpportunity to round on patients and experience the practice firsthand Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
