Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation : $500,000+ Annual Income
Guaranteed Base Salary: $350,000
Production Bonus: Generous wRVU model (75th percentile rate) and quality bonus incentives
Sign-On Bonus: Sign-on, relocation assistance, and stipends available
Student Loan Repayment: $25,000 tax-free annual loan assistance per year

Qualifications:
Degree: MD/DO
Certifications: BE/BC in Family Medicine
