Job description
An established healthcare team in western Wisconsin, just north of La Crosse, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient practice.
Position Highlights:
Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine in a patient-centered setting
Join a dedicated team focused on preventive care and long-term patient relationships
Broad-scope practice with opportunities to tailor services to your clinical interests
Opportunity to perform a variety of special procedures
Participate in teaching and mentoring NP/PA students, with occasional involvement in medical student and resident education
On-site laboratory and X-ray services
Access to 24-hour specialist consultation support and specialty outreach services
Rare call responsibilities , with phone-only coverage

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited graduate medical training program in Family Medicine
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
Unrestricted or eligible medical licensure in Wisconsin and applicable states within the practice region
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborative practice
Interest in teaching and supporting the development of future healthcare professionals
