A highly respected Critical Access Hospital in Eastern Colorado is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its growing physician team.

Required Qualifications MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
Active DEA (or ability to obtain)
BLS & ACLS Certification
