Primary Care Physician (IM/FM/Geriatrics) - Post-Acute Care Northeast Houston, TX

Estimated $191K-$225K+ annually
Fee-for-service compensation with uncapped productivity

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of primary care experience required
Post-acute care experience required
Current Texas physician license and DEA
Primary care background appropriate for managing medically complex post-acute patients
