Job Details Position: Locum Tenens General Diagnostic Radiologist Location: Hudson, FL 34667 Setting: On-site physician coverage supporting multiple facilities Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:00 PM-9:00 PM or Saturday-Sunday 4:00 PM-9:00 PM Duration: 52 weeks Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,160-$7,290 Start Date: 12/7/2026 Priority: Urgent Technology: PowerScribe 4.0 Coverage Focus: Broad diagnostic radiology reads across multiple modalities Job Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology within the past 5 years Active physician license and eligibility to practice in Florida At least 1 year of diagnostic radiology experience preferred Ability to interpret a wide range of imaging studies with accuracy and efficiency Comfort working in a high-volume radiology environment with defined turnaround expectations Experience using PowerScribe 4.0 is preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care Responsibilities Read and interpret general diagnostic studies across CT, MRI, ultrasound, radiography, nuclear medicine, and related modalities Provide timely, accurate reports for a busy multi-site radiology service Maintain productivity expectations, including a minimum of approximately 90 RVUs per shift Support overnight and weekend radiology coverage needs as scheduled Deliver clear preliminary and final interpretations that support excellent patient care Collaborate effectively with the radiology team to ensure consistent coverage and workflow Uphold high standards of quality, professionalism, and responsiveness throughout each shift Apply now for this urgent locum tenens diagnostic radiology job in Hudson, Florida, and join a team that values expertise, efficiency, and quality patient care.
