Family Practice Medical Provider - MD, DO, NP, or PA Huntington, Worthington & Amherst, MA The OpportunityA Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) focused onintegrated primary care, is seeking a full-time Family Practice Medical Provider. Reporting tothe Medical Director, this role provides comprehensive, quality medical care and coordinationservices for patients across locations in Huntington, Worthington, and Amherst, as well asa school-based health center at Gateway Regional Middle/High School in Huntington.Our mission is to create access to high-quality integrated health care and promote well-being forindividuals, families, and our communities Äî believing every person has the right to whole health. $8,000 sign-on bonus available for NP, MD, and DO candidates
