We are seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care clinic serving an underserved senior population in Jackson, Mississippi . This role offers an opportunity to practice medicine in a value-based care environment with a focus on prevention, quality, and meaningful patient relationships.
Position Summary Full-time, permanent Geriatric Medicine Physician position 100% outpatient primary care Monday"Friday schedule No nights, no weekends, no hospital call Manage a small patient panel for continuity and improved outcomes Average 12"15 patients per day Dedicated Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe for support Ideal for physicians seeking work"life balance , a predictable schedule, and a mission-driven practice Practice Model
