Job description
We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic in Kalamazoo, MI. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Highlights:
Manage only 12-16 patients per day
Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)

Fewer administrative tasks
$230,000 - $280,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:
BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 2+ years)
2+ years of experience
Leadership a plus!
Procedure experience preferred
