Join our family medicine team as a locum tenens physician in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting located in the scenic city of Ketchikan, Alaska. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, providing care to a diverse patient population of all ages.

Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive family medicine care in an outpatient clinic setting
Manage a daily patient load of 16-18 patients, addressing a variety of health concerns
Opportunity to perform desired procedures such as skin excisions, punch biopsies, Nexplanon & IUD insertions, cryotherapy, and toenail evulsions
Qualifications MD in Family Medicine
BLS certification
Experience as an admitting physician for at least 20 patients in the past two years
Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably EPIC
Working Hours Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No call requirement
Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Adept at managing diverse patient needs across all age groups
Ability to work independently and provide solo care
Enthusiast for procedural skills and continuous patient engagement in primary care
