Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs) Applicant must demonstrate involvement as an admitting physician for at least (20) patients during the past two (2) years.
Will provider work solo? Yes
Licensed Candidate: No, but highly preferred with start date in 12/2026
Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable) BLS
