Family Medicine opening in Lewiston, ID - Visa EligibleLocated in Lewiston, ID - Spokane 100 miles, Boise 260 milesFull-time; PermanentJ1 Visa Assistance Overview: Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician Outpatient primary care practice with no emergent call Flexible schedule: 36 patient care hours + 4 administrative hours per week Average patient volume: 18-25 patients per day Join a well-established team of 11 providers (MDs, NPs, PAs) Strong clinical and administrative support staff Opportunity to take over an established 1,000+ patient panel with immediate volume Hospital-employed position within a regional referral center Open to new graduates and experienced physicians Compensation & Benefits: Base salary starting at $295,000 plus wRVU production incentives or production model Sign-on bonus ($30K) and relocation assistance ($15K) Student loan repayment assistance and residency stipend Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan (401k) CME allowance ($5K) and paid time off (25+ days) Malpractice provided (including tail) Immediate patient volume with strong long-term stability About the Area:Lewiston offers a unique blend of natural beauty and small-town charm, located at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater Rivers.
