Family Medicine Physician $100K Loan Repayment + Sign-On Bonus + Supportive Team
Banner Health, a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado . Located just 20 minutes from Boulder and 45 minutes from Denver, Longmont offers the perfect mix of small-town charm and access to big city amenities.
Position Highlights:
Outpatient clinic: M-F schedule with no weekends
36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time
Limited shared call (phone consult only)
Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support
Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
Qualifications:
2 years post-residency experience in an outpatient primary care setting required
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one)
Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Salary: $235,000-$265,000 (based on experience) plus incentives
Educational loan repayment: $100,000
Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance: $60,000
Paid malpractice coverage and CME days
